Our team is committed to delivering quality landscaping services on the Gold Coast – with attention to detail, superior craftsmanship, and excellent results every time.
Queensland Fence and Landscape has operated on the Gold Coast for the past 15 years. Matt and Alex purchased QFL from Justin in 2020 and have enjoyed expanding and refining the business while growing our friendly team of Gold Coast landscapers.
Matt Ryan
Matthew is the Operations Manager for our Landscape Construction side. Matt has spent his last 12 years in various modes of the construction industry prior to going out on his own. Matt has his Cert 3 Landscape Construction and Cert IV Building and Construction (Landscaping). Matt oversees all our projects and also gets his hands dirty with his own crew.
Alex Ryan
Alex and Matt Ryan are the father/son owners. Alex has been an owner operator of several businesses for over 40 years. Alex now manages the Maintenance Operations of the landscape business, “Greenfoot Gardens”. Alex and his team provide property maintenance for Commercial, Body Corps, Residential and Acreage Properties. Give Alex a call for a free quote for your property maintenance needs… he loves a chat!
Brett Maddock
Brett is the friendly face you see when contacting QFL for a free quote. Brett has been in the construction industry for 13 years. Brett listens and helps in the design needs of your project. Upon acceptance of the quote, Brett provides continual communication between the team and the client and oversees project quality control throughout the build.
Natalie Johanik
Natalie our administrator, she loves to chat and help our clients feel supported throughout their project journey. She is involved in processing quotes, invoicing and general office management. Nat’s specialty and experience lies in Human Resources and Safety and is also is a mother to three beautiful boys! Nat also welcomes all our new employees and manages our safety program.
Dave Aubrey
Dave is a father of two lovely children, him and his family are from New Zealand. Dave is a Fully Qualified Carpenter and has worked 11 years in the industry. Dave branched into structural landscaping 6 years ago and loves working outside with nature and gets great satisfaction in the transformation he creates for his clients. On site, Dave is happy to have a chat and answer any requests or concerns you may have.
